Pricing simply reflects business size, transaction volume, and the additional time required to review larger, more complex Xero files. Smaller businesses typically have fewer moving parts, while larger organisations require deeper diagnostic work, so the price scales fairly with workload.
If you’re unsure which tier you fall into, choose the closest option — we’ll review and confirm after purchase.

How It Works
1 / Reserve your spot
Pay securely to lock in one of this month’s 10 Xero Health Check spots. You’ll immediately receive a welcome email from Check My Books.
2 / Complete onboarding
Follow the email on-boarding instructions, which includes providing basic information about your business.
Once that’s done, your place in the queue is confirmed.
3 / Your Xero Health Check begins
You’ll be emailed your exact start date (based on availability) once your onboarding step has been completed.
Before your start date, we'll have a kick-off Zoom call.
Xero Health Checks are completed and delivered 7–10 business days after they begin.
4 / Receive Your Report + Book Your Strategy Call
Once your Xero Health Check is complete, you’ll receive your report and a link to book your strategy call at a time that suits you.
